There are multiple causes possible if you encounter any problems about receiving confirmations of a reservations. Stated are the most common issues:
- Spam filter
It is possible that a confirmation of the Channel Manager is stopped by your spam filter. Please check if there is an email with firstname.lastname@example.org as sender in your spam filter.
- Changed email address
In the event of a changed email address it is advisable to sent the new email address to our support team. Our team will change your email address where you want to receive the confirmation on.
