I received an overbooking

This article describes the steps that need to be taken for reporting an overbooking.

In the event of receiving an overbooking through one of your connected booking websites, we advise you to submit a request with the following content:

  • Number of booking
  • Name of the guest
  • Date of arrival
  • Room type
  • Rate
  • Name of booking website

We firstly ask you kindly to contact the booking website. It is possible that the booking website experienced some issues which our support team can not see. Because overbookings need to be investigated we advise you to submit a written request. On the same day you will get a reply from one of our employees.
