I did not received the confirmation, but I did received the cancellation

In this article you read the reasons why you received a cancellation but not the reservation of the cancellation.

Sometimes you receive a cancellation but not the actual reservation. The reason for this is that the original reservation is not picked up yet. The Channel Manager needs 5 minutes to deliver a cancellation. Sometimes guests cancel their reservation within the time period and you only receive the cancellation.
