Booking engine doesn't work in Internet Explorer

About IE
Internet Explorer (IE) is the default browser on devices with Microsoft operators (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8). IE is world wide one of the most common used web browsers, together with Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome.

Reasons why it is not working
Firstly, check which version you have of IE. You can see this by starting up your browser, click on the gear icon on the top-right side of the screen and click on about Internet Explorer. here you will see your current version of IE. The most up to date version is IE 11.

When you are using a version of IE lower than IE 11, than it is possible that the browser is set on compatibility mode. When the compatibility mode is enabled, you will see on the right side of the URL bar (with your website in it) an unhighlighted icon of a torned page.

Your booking engine should look like this:

How to fix this
You can fix this easily to click on the torned page icon so it will highlight. After this, the booking engine will be working properly again. Please note that this is only the case when you use a version of IE lower than 11.
