- Make sure you have the correct login screen.
- Click "Lost your password".
- Enter your username which always contains two letters and four digits, such as "ID0000".
- Enter your PSPID.
Tip: Your PSPID always contains four digits and part of your hotel name, such as "0000bellevue". We have sent you this PSPID at your application for online payment. If you are still unable to login, please send us a request to assist via Submit a request.
- Enter your "UserID" which normally consists of the letters ID and your hotel number.
- Always leave the PSPID blank.
- Enter your password.
- Click submit.
