Why is the order of rates in my booking engine not the same as in my dahsboard

Since 2013, you are able to set the order of rates in the extranet If you have existing rates, it is possible that the order in the extranet is not reflected in your booking engine or on

If you wish to set the rate order for every rate, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to
  2. Click on the tab Hotel Data
  3. Click on the room name
  4. Click on Change order
  5. Click for every rate on the order arrows ^

Explanation: Clicking the order arrow will set an 'order ID' for a rate. Once the 'order ID' is set, rates will display in the order you've set them in the extranet.
