  • The news section on the "Welcome" tab in the extranet has been replaced by links to articles from our brand new Support Center. This way, we can highlight important or useful new articles. Visit the extranet through http://login.hoteliers.com
  • One of our developers captured our Support and Account Management team on camera. You may have noticed clear and happy profile pictures in our support tickets. These pictures are also visible above articles such as this article
  • A picture of your own account manager has been added to the "Welcome" tab of the extranet, including contact details. Visit the extranet through http://login.hoteliers.com

Fixed

  • Some hotels were unable to reset their password. Several changes were made to the "Forgot password" tool

  • A screenshot carrousel has been added to the Design Store of the Responsive Hotel Website product page. This will facilitate swiping through the templates in a 'cover flow' of the most recent websites built by hoteliers.com. Curious? Have a look!
  • The company site which presents our products, has been optimized for tablets and smartphones by downscaling pictures and removing large background pictures

 

Booking Engine

Fixed

  • Google Analytics conversion values for AdWords were not added when bookings were made, now values are sent correctly
  • On an iPad 2, the booking engine was zoomed unintended in after selecting a date, this zoom has been removed

 

Responsive Hotel Website

New

  • The possibility of creating a "Chain Administrator" user has been added. Hoteliers with multiple properties can now access several websites through one login
  • The contact form has been upgraded. It is now possible to choose the language in which contact form emails are sent to the hotel. It is now also possible to choose if the guest should receive a confirmation of their request
  • Translations of the contact form e-mail have been added for English, Dutch, French and German

Fixed

  • Translations for the login page have been corrected
  • Packages were not visible when added as a sub-menu
  • Texts on a rooms overview page were also visible on individual room pages

 

Marketing Platform

Fixed

  • German translations for booking confirmations have been improved
