With our project management and development team, we deliver new features and fixes which are released every two weeks. We strongly encourage you to subscribe to these updates. There are three simple steps to do this.
Step 1: Sign in
In order to know where to send the bi-weekly update to, we need to know that it's you. Therefore, please click "Sign in" at the top right corner of this page. This will open up the log in page.
You have a special 'Support login':
- If you know your log in, sign in!
- If you have ever e-mailed firstname.lastname@example.org, click "Get a password"
- If you are completely new to the Support Center, click "Sign up"
Step 2: Visit "New features and Fixes"
You can now visit the section "New features and fixes" (make sure you finish reading this article first!).
Step 3: Hit "Follow"
On the right of the section "New features and fixes", click on the button "Follow". And that's it!
Important: We have noticed that some users click on "Follow" at the top right of articles, this will result in following the article only and you will not receive updates on new articles on new features and fixes. Make sure to click "Follow" on the overview page which has several articles listed, as shown above.
