With the allotment notifications you receive an automatic notification if you have no allotment anymore in the system of hoteliers.com. You receive this notification when a guest books the last room in a certain rate. This notification does not generally mean that there is no availability left in the system.
Activate allotment notifications
To activate the allotment notification you can go and login to http://login.hoteliers.com and click on the tab Hotel Data. Next you click in the left menu bar on hotel settings.
Scroll a bit down and you will see the option Send allotment notifications. Default setting is no (not sending and not receiving the allotment notifications).
