Why is the CVC/CVV code not provided?

Unfortunately we can not provide the CVC/CVV code (3 digit security code) of the customer’s cards as we do not get this number submitted in the system by the booker.

Note Please be aware that you have to accept all bookings even if you don’t have the CVC/CVV code.
