This article describes the reason why you no longer see the guest's name at a reservation in the RDX Channel Manager.
In the RDX Channel Manager you can look up all received reservations from all booking channels under Reservations. You will also see the guest's name there.
It can happen that when looking up a reservation in the column Guest, you no longer see the name of the guest, but **** in stead.
This has to do with the new GDPR legislation.
In the RDX Channel Manager, the guest's name remains visible up to 180 days after the guest's departure. When the 180 days have passed, the guest's name is automatically converted to, for example, A**** B****.
